On occasion, we may offer Free Shipping. However, Free shipping applies to standard orders. Items requiring pallet delivery or special handling may incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

We endeavor to deliver to the times specified, however, sometimes delays may be unavoidable but we will always be in touch to keep you update should this happen.
There are some larger items on our website that must be dispatched on pallets. If this is the case, then additional shipping rates are charged.
